  • Customer Experience Associate

    Run scent consultations, manage WhatsApp and Instagram inboxes, and own the post-purchase experience for every customer. Fragrance knowledge is a plus, not a requirement — we’ll teach you.

    Pack, seal, and inspect every order before it ships. Run batch QC against reference samples, manage inventory, and keep our same-day Lagos promise on time.

    Shoot and edit short-form video for Instagram and TikTok — product, founder, and customer stories. Comfortable on camera or behind it.
