Returns & Exchanges

Perfume oils are intimate personal-care products. Once a bottle is opened, we cannot resell it for hygiene reasons. The policy below covers the cases where a return or exchange does apply.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives broken, leaking, or damaged, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement at no charge.

Wrong item

If we shipped the wrong product or size, contact us within 7 days. We cover the return rider and will resend the correct item.

Unopened bottles

Unopened bottles may be exchanged for another scent of equal or lesser value within 7 days of delivery, subject to a ₦2,000 restocking fee. You bear the cost of the return rider unless the issue was on our side.

How to start a return

  1. From your order history, open the relevant order.
  2. Click Contact support and choose "Return / exchange".
  3. Attach photos if applicable (broken bottle, wrong product, unopened bottle).
  4. We'll respond within 1 business day with next steps.

Refund timing

Refunds via card are processed by Paystack within 5–10 business days. Bank transfer refunds are processed manually within 3 business days.

Items we cannot accept

  • Opened bottles (any size)
  • Discovery sets where any bottle has been opened
  • Products bought with a one-time-use promo code already used
